Detailed Synopsis

Hana, a college student, meets and falls in love with a mysterious man who reveals himself to be a wolf. They have two children, Yuki and Ame, who inherit their father's ability to transform into wolves. Tragedy strikes when the father dies unexpectedly, leaving Hana to raise their children alone.

Faced with the challenges of raising wolf-children in the city, Hana decides to move the family to the countryside. There, she learns to farm, builds a life for her family, and struggles to keep her children's secret safe from the outside world. Yuki, the older sister, is more outgoing and initially embraces her wolf side, while Ame is more cautious and connected to his wolf nature.

As Yuki and Ame grow, they begin to make choices about their identities and futures. Yuki attends public school, making friends and navigating the social complexities of childhood. Ame, drawn to the wild, spends more time in the forest, developing a strong bond with nature. The film culminates with the children making separate decisions about their lives, with Yuki choosing to live as a human and Ame choosing to live as a wolf.
