Synopsis
Sakamoto Days Season 2 (also referred to as Part 2 of Season 1) continues the exciting journey of Taro Sakamoto, the once-feared assassin turned peaceful shopkeeper, as his quiet life is once again disrupted by new dangers. As the story unfolds, Sakamoto, along with his loyal allies Shin Asakura and Lu Shaotang, must confront increasingly skilled and unpredictable adversaries. This part of the series introduces a dangerous group of individuals—former death row convicts—who have been released with one goal: to eliminate Sakamoto. Among them is a particularly intense foe known as Saw, whose presence pushes the team to their limits.
At the same time, the narrative deepens the mystery surrounding Slur (Kei Uzuki), a key figure operating in the shadows with a hidden agenda. As the threats escalate, the season sheds light on Sakamoto’s past life, the decisions that led him to walk away from violence, and the internal struggles he now faces as he tries to protect what matters most.
