Synopsis
A Couple of Cuckoos season 2 will continue the story of Nagi Umino and Erika Amano, who were switched at birth and are now engaged, while also navigating their feelings for others and dealing with family drama. Nagi is still in love with his academic rival, Hiro Segawa, and aims to confess after surpassing her in academics, while also trying to maintain his relationship with Erika. Season 2 will also introduce new characters, including a childhood friend with whom Nagi had a past connection. The story will explore the complexities of their arranged marriage, their individual romantic pursuits, and the challenges of their living situation, including the jealousy of Nagi's sister, Sachi, and the potential interference from Erika's father, who is working against her family.
